In short#
I explain where WHISE lives in settings, who sets up the connection, which toggles you can change, and how localities appear under Words to recognize.
Where it lives in settings#
Open the place Settings → Advanced → Integrations.
On that screen, you can see whether WHISE is Connected. You can also check Used on to understand where it is connected for this workspace.
Who enters the connection#
You do not paste a token or API key into EVA.
Your partner sets up the WHISE connection and manages the credentials.
If the place Settings → Advanced → Integrations is missing, or the WHISE card is not there, your partner has not connected WHISE yet. Contact your partner.
What you can change#
You can change two WHISE toggles.
Enable WHISE appointment booking: when this is on, I can check availability and book property viewings.
Log no-message interactions in WHISE: when this is on, missed calls and empty chats are logged in WHISE with a short note.
Then click Save WHISE settings.
Localities for phone recognition#
Open the place Settings → Phone → Call instructions, then go to Words to recognize.
I fetch localities automatically from available WHISE listings. You will see them under a heading such as From WHISE (locality). I merge them with words you add manually and with workspace names.
Use See automatically included words to view words that integrations add for recognition.
Right after setup, localities can take a little time to appear. The expected message is: “WHISE property areas will appear here shortly after your connection is set up.”
Next step: before, during, and after#
I explain what I do at each moment of a conversation here: Before, during and after with WHISE.
