In short#
A WhatsApp Flow is an interactive form inside the WhatsApp chat. I explain what a Flow is, that you build it in Meta, how to use Refresh from Meta in EVA, and why it is not an EVA workflow.
WhatsApp Flows in the chat#
A Flow lets your contact complete guided steps directly in the WhatsApp conversation.
Use it when you want a structured interaction such as qualification or request capture.
Built in Meta, listed in EVA#
You create and edit Flows in Meta, in WhatsApp Manager and the Flow builder.
In EVA, I list them in Settings → Messaging → WhatsApp → Flows.
If a Flow was never created in Meta, it will not appear in EVA.
After changes in Meta, click Refresh from Meta to sync the latest list.
If you see Link WhatsApp in WhatsApp settings (General) to see this data., link WhatsApp first and refresh again.
Flows versus Workflows#
The names are similar, but they are different tools.
A WhatsApp Flow is an interactive form that runs in the WhatsApp conversation.
An EVA workflow is workspace automation in Settings → Advanced → Workflows.
You do not create WhatsApp Flows in Workflows.
